结构

CRDC型：单壳体卧式多级节段离心泵。

CRDCT型：双壳体卧式多级离心泵。

轴封

该泵采用填料密封或机械密封。

轴承与平衡装置

泵的转子由径向轴承支承。泵轴向力由平衡装置承受，残余轴向力由推力轴承承受，轴承均为强制润滑的滑动轴承。

传动

该泵通过膜片联轴器由电动机驱动。旋转方向：从驱动端看泵为顺时针方向旋转。

Use

Type CRDC/CRDCT phosphorus removal pump is used for rolling pressure with high pressure water phosphorus removal.

Type CRDC pump: Horizontal multi-stage segmental single casing centrifugal pump

Type CRCT pump: Horizontal multi-stage double casing centrifugal pump

Shaft seal

The shaft seal uses either packing seal or machine seal

Bearing and balancing mechanism

The rotor element is supported by redial bearing. The axial thrust gets balanced by balancing mechanism; residual axial thrust is carried by thrust bearing. The pumps use sliding bearing which get lubricated with dilute oil.

Transmission

The pump is driven by motor through the diaphragm coupling.

The direction of rotation: The rotation of the pump rotor is clockwise looking from the motor to the pump.
